Cooking Class
From "Lorenzo Cantoni al Canalicchio", any cooking lover, curious, passionate, layman or semi-professional will be able to prepare well-known dishes of Italian and Umbrian cuisine and discover the healthy recipes with basic ingredients such as expertly selected extra virgin olive oil.
In our Cooking Classes, tailor-made for each type of participant, following the hand of chef Lorenzo Cantoni we will make doughs, hand-cutting techniques of homemade pasta, fillings, dressings and cooking. Each guest will be able to taste the dishes prepared during the lessons and, with the guidance of our sommelier, approach the pairing of local wines.
Each Cooking Class, from 7 - 10 participants, is designed on request and includes: educational material, recipe book, personalized apron, certificate of participation.
